Exchange policy

One-time exchange of products is possible within 07-10 working days of receiving the product. For product exchange, the price tag and money receipt is required and the product should be in fresh resalable condition. The product can be exchanged through communicating with the customer care through Retail Remedy Facebook / Instagram messaging.

Please note:

• No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged.
• No monetary refund is acceptable.

Once a product is delivered, the product must be checked while the delivery man is still present. If there is any quality issue, it must be reported to the customer care team immediately. After the delivery man leaves no quality complaint will be applicable.

Customers have to bear all delivery charges in case of product delivery or exchange.

Note: Non-quality issues are not accepted for exchange.

Return and Refund Policy

•   The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.

•   We will notify you after the refund request is accepted. After the acceptance you will receive notification and get the refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don’t receive a refund within this time, please write to us at info@rr.international and we shall investigate.

•  For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive the refund in your respective channel.

•   Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. If you want, you can also use the paid amount for your next purchase.

•   Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

•   If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.

•   If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.
